Last week at our Echo Loder Science Night a group of 6th grade students did an excellent job of demonstrating some chemical reactions. One of the demos they did was called color changing milk. Even though we had the demo projected onto our screen it was tough for so many people to see what happened clearly. I thought that maybe some of you out there might like to try the experiment for yourselves and found that Steve Spangler had done the same trick for one of his "Sick Science" YouTube videos.
