Bill Nye

Lots of kids around school ask me how I got interested in science. I think it really started before I even began first grade. One summer when I was around 4 years old my mom bought a box of science toys and artifacts and every day that summer we would take one out and play with it. I remember there were fossils, geodes, star charts, microscope slides, and lots of other interesting things. Later, when I was in college, Bill Nye the Science Guy came on TV and even though it was meant for younger kids I watched a lot of it.
